My lunch today consisted of leftover grilled tuna in a pesto/mayonnaise dressing, over a green salad with mushrooms, red peppers, and scallions. The addition of some lemon juice brightened the dish up considerably. No carbs here: just some simple food for the sake of tasting good and being healthy.
